At Bump Society, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns as simple as possible.

Return Window

• You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.  
• Returns must be initiated by contacting our team at support@bumpsociety.com with your order number and reason for return.  
• We currently only accept returns for UK orders.

Return Costs

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.  
• For change of mind or customer remorse: You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.  
• We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Instructions

1. Contact Us - Email support@bumpsociety.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. Pack Your - Item Ensure it’s in original condition with all included materials.  
3. Ship It - Send your item using a tracked service to the return address provided in our reply email.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3 business days.  
• If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in 7 business days.  
• Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us to arrange the process.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as maternity underwear or nursing accessories) may be marked non-returnable.  
• These items will be clearly noted on their product pages.
